I ran over a piece of a shredded tire on the highway and ripped out my wheel well cover. I made an appointment for an estimate to get my car repaired. After chatting with the owner he gave me some very valuable information that he was not obligated to do. On top of that, the information could have taken money from him doing my repairs. He was aware of this before he told me this information. You have to respect a small business owner that would sacrifice making money in order to give a prospective customer the ability to make a sound financial decision. Once I meet with my claims adjuster, I will most definitely do business with this company and be assured that I have made the right decision just off of his character and honesty alone. Furthermore, he explained the process of what it will take to restore my vehicle in a very detailed summary including all parts, where the parts will come from, the condition of the parts either being new or used in order to save me money, the price and the the time frame to complete the repairs. Not to mention that he gave me several options that I could take that would even make the repairs more beneficial for me. In closing, it is very difficult to find a business, big or small, who puts the customer first. When you find a business like that, it’s highly recommended that you do business with them…
